At Ode Sleep, our mission is to connect you with the best bedding brands without the long wait times usually associated with online ordering. We operate on a curated partnership model, meaning we only sell products from brands we are officially partnered with.

Because our official partners are strategically located across the United States, we are able to facilitate rapid, reliable delivery directly from their domestic warehouses to your doorstep.

Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Shipping Areas

Currently, Ode Sleep ships exclusively within the contiguous United States.

  • We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international addresses.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time due to carrier restrictions on the expedited services we utilize to meet our delivery goals. Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout.

2. Shipping Costs & Promotions

We believe fast shipping shouldn’t cost a fortune. We offer simplified shipping structures to make your checkout process easy.

Free Shipping Threshold

We offer Free Premium Shipping on all domestic orders totaling $200.00 or more (before taxes and after any discounts are applied).

3. Processing and Delivery Timelines

Our goal is to get better sleep into your hands as fast as possible. Because we leverage the established fulfillment networks of our official brand partners, we are able to offer exceptional turnaround times.

Our Standard Delivery Target: 1 to 3 Business Days

While we strive for this speed on every order, it is important to understand the two stages of fulfilling your order: Processing and Transit.

A. Processing Time 

Orders placed after that cut-off time, on weekends, or during federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Because our “official partner” inventory systems are synced in real-time, most orders are dispatched from the partner warehouse within 24 hours of processing.

B. Transit Time (On the road)

Once the carrier picks up your package, the estimated transit time for delivery is 1 to 3 business days anywhere within the contiguous U.S.

Please note: While 1-3 days is our standard and most common delivery window, severely remote areas or unforeseen carrier delays due to weather or peak holiday seasons may occasionally extend this timeframe.

4. How We Achieve Fast Delivery (Our Partnership Model)

Unlike traditional dropshipping websites where items might ship from overseas taking weeks to arrive, Ode Sleep utilizes a “Domestic Direct” model.

By only listing products from brands we are officially partnered with, your order is automatically routed directly to that brand’s closest USA-based fulfillment center. This cuts out middlemen and international freight, ensuring that “fast shipping” actually means fast.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has officially left the fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and the assigned carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority).

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update with movement after receiving the email, as carriers sometimes experience a delay between scanning the package at the dock and updating their online systems.

6. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)

Because we curate the best products from different official brand partners to offer you a diverse selection, it is possible that a single order may contain items stored in different warehouses across the country.

If you order products from two distinct brands, they will likely arrive in separate boxes and may arrive on different days depending on the origin warehouse location. You will never be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package included in your order.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Our systems are automated to send orders to our brand partners immediately to ensure we meet our 1-3 day delivery window. Because of this speed, we have a very small window of time (usually less than 60 minutes during business hours) to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.

If you need to change an address or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@odesleep.com. If the order has already been processed by the partner warehouse, we will be unable to intercept it.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the shipping box. We will work with our brand partner to immediately send a replacement.

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please first check around your property and with neighbors. If it is still missing after 24 hours, contact our support team. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
